At a Public Hearing to be held on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024 at 6:00PM, in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of City Hall, 869 Park Ave, the HDC will review an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness, as follows:
Property: 4 Searle Avenue, AP 18, Lot 477;
Applicant: Richard McMahon; Contractor: Retro Tec Insulation LLC
Project Description: To strip 14 square (1,400 sq. ft.) of shingles: 7 square of Architect Shingles and 7 square of Three-tab Shingles. To install ice and water membrane on first three (3) feet of roof and around the chimney. To install a new drip edge, synthetic paper on the rest of the roof, and re-shingle entire roof with Pewter Gray Lifetime Architect Shingles.
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the City Clerk (461-1000, Ext. 3197) 72 hours in advance of the hearing.
