The Roger Williams Park Conservancy presents its inaugural fundraiser, Dancing in the Park, on Friday, June 1 from 7-10 p.m. at the Bandstand at Roger Williams Park (1000 Elmwood Avenue in Providence).
Dancing in the Park is a fun and festive evening that celebrates the history and restoration of Roger Williams Park and supports the Park’s preservation and programs. Guests will enjoy dancing to lively music by much-loved local band Superchief Trio, delicious food and drinks by Russell Morin Catering & Events, and a silent auction to support the Roger Williams Park Conservancy.
Individual tickets are now on sale. Early bird tickets are $45 through April 30, general tickets are $50, and VIP tickets are $75.The Roger Williams Park Conservancy also seeks event sponsors; sponsorship packages start at $500.All proceeds benefit the Roger Williams Park Conservancy.
