Debra L. (Anderson) Raspallo Petisce, age 67, of Warwick, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Albert Anderson and Doris (Tucker) Blackington and her husband Walter.
A graduate of Warwick Veterans High School, Debra went on to receive her associates degree from CCRI. She worked as a Teacher’s Assistant where she touched the hearts of children K-1 for 37 years within the Warwick School Department. She also worked as a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician with CVS and Kent Hospital, prior to her retirement.
Debra was a member of several Veteran Axillary Associates, and enjoyed supporting her local community. She was a painter and loved to spend her down time with her family.
She is survived by her husband Noel J. Petisce, to whom she shared 22 years of marriage; his son, Andrew J. Petisce and his wife Shannon; grandchildren, Peyton, Jackson, Sarah, and Mary-Jane; great-grandson, Jace; sister, Sandra Richards; and her niece and nephew, Jennifer Akryd and Scott Richards.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 10:00AM in St. Kevin Church, 333 Sandy Ln, Warwick. In Lieu of flowers, donations in her honor may be made to St. Kevin School, 39 Cathedral Rd, Warwick, RI 02889. A private burial will take place in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
