To the Editor:
Why do we need Old Warwick Ave. to be a through street? Why do we need to spend the money to put a bridge over the brook at Old Warwick Ave.? There are no houses on the street and it is only used as a cut-through. The pollution project is great.
Wouldn’t it be nice instead of building a bridge over it to put barriers across the road and signs explaining the purpose of the project and how it works. We need education, not more ways to avoid red lights.
