Members of the Saltwater Anglers Association and the Rocky Point Foundation found plenty of takers as they offered people the opportunity to reel in items tethered to floating bottles offshore from Rocky Point Saturday. The event was staged to publicize tonight’s public hearing starting at 6 at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet to solicit ideas on how the 82 acres recently acquired by the state should be developed.
