Greenwood Credit union provided shredding of documents and the recycling of electronics at no charge to its members and whoever else stopped by their office on Post Road Saturday from 9 to noon. Usually the event is held earlier in the fall said Joslyn Clemm, but with Hurricane Lee threatening in September it was postponed. The delay didn’t appear to diminish the turnout, however. Clemm and her companion GCU worker Liz Xavier had some assistance from high school students looking to log some service hours. The disposal of electronics and air conditioners was handled by Indie Cycle, Inc. (Warwick Beacon photos)
