TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Frank Casale as Vice President, Commercial Banking Team Leader for Rhode Island. Based in Providence, he is responsible for the overall management and growth of the Rhode Island Commercial Banking Group, serving businesses throughout the state.

Casale has 25 years of experience in banking and lending in New England. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Market Manager in Commercial Enterprise Banking at Citizens Bank and a Business Banking Executive at Sovereign Bank, both in Providence.

A Warwick resident, Casale serves as vice chairman of the Rhode Island College School of Management Advisory Board, on the Miriam Hospital Board of Governors and the Ocean State Business Development Authority Board of Trustees. He also is a board member of the J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center and the Rhode Island Bankers Association.

Casale is a 1986 graduate of Rhode Island College. He grew up in Cranston, graduating from Cranston West High School in 1981.
