Claire Arlene Gainor, 95, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023, at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late James Gainor. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Sarah (Tuttle) Anderson. Claire enjoyed yardwork and gardening, and loved dogs. She leaves two sons, Kevin Gainor (Maryella) and Robert Gainor (Kaitlen Vann). She leaves four grandchildren, Jamie Gainor DePietro, Lauren Gainor Stefanik, Kelsey Gainor, and Alicia Zhang; four great grandchildren, Clement DePietro, Carmilla Gainor DePietro, Ambrose DePietro, and Palmer Stefanik. Claire is predeceased by Earl, William and Ruth Anderson.
