Alyssa Twomey had a monster 2022 softball season for the Pats and was their best player in their return to the Division I postseason.
She finished the season with a 13-3 record in the circle and boasted a 0.55 ERA in a competitive Division I field. She racked up 168 strikeouts in 102.2 innings pitched.
Twomey was also a force at the plate, batting .373 with seven home runs and a .949 slugging percentage. She was named All-State and All-Division for her season, and was later named the Gatorade Player of the Year.
Twomey will be suiting up for the Patriots for her senior season in 2023 and recently signed her National Letter of Intent to compete for nearby Division I Providence College.
