Toll Gate’s Oce Lowe is once again the Warwick Beacon’s Swimmer of the Year, adding another big season to her high school resume this past winter. After dominating the pool throughout the regular season, Lowe had another impressive performance at the state meet, taking fifth in the 500 freestyle and 10th in the individual medley.
