Helena R. Kirby, 79, died Tuesday, May 11, 2021. Born in County Cork, Ireland, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Hester (Attridge) Melville.
Helena was a geriatric care nurse for 45 years. She had worked at the Oak Hill Nursing Home, the Jewish Home for the Aged and the Warwick Health Center.
She is survived by two sons, Edwin M. Kirby and wife Cynthia and Jeffrey J. Kirby and wife Christine as well as her beloved grandchildren, Kassandra, Aaron and Kendra Kirby. She was the sister of John Melville, the late Richard Melville, the late Albert Melville, Donald Melville, Shirley Melville-Crowley, and Gillian Melville-Crowley.
