Second grader and a member of Warwick Police Athletic League (PAL) wrestling, Austin McCullah recently led the City Council in the Pledge of Allegiance. Austin was accompanied by PAL wrestling outgoing president Guy Moniz and incoming president Jonathan George. As a means of introducing the community to council meetings and council members to the community, Council President Steve McAllister initiated the practice of inviting different groups and individuals to open meetings.
