A country music concert featuring songwriter Joanne Lurgio will be held at the Warwick Public Library on Sunday, Feb. 23 at 2 p.m.
Hear heartfelt, original songs and get a preview of Joanne’s upcoming album “Rise from the Storm” when she takes the stage in her hometown.
