Judith G. (Gray) Emrick, 58, of Main Street, Pascoag, died with dignity July 27, 2011 at Miriam Hospital in Providence, surrounded by her loving husband and family. She was the wife of William J. “Corky” Emrick Jr.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Wilton S. Gray and A. Doris (Brennan) Bartels, she was raised in Warwick and lived in Pascoag for the last 25 years. Judy was employed as a vice president at Citizens Bank on Jefferson Boulevard in Warwick.
Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Daum and her husband, Scott, of Jackson, N.J.; three brothers, Wilton S. Gray of Amelia Island, Fla., Steven J. Gray of Warwick and Robert A. Gray of Largo, Fla.; three sisters, Susan C. Salisbury of North Kingstown, Deborah J. Kelso of Wakefield and Dottie Santagata of Warwick; three grandchildren, Chloe, Lucas and Henry Daum; and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours were held July 31 in Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Ave., Warwick. In keeping with Judy’s wishes and giving nature, her final gift was the donation of her body to Brown University Medical School. A private burial will be held at a future date.
