Madeleine Cecile Beaudin, 94, of West Warwick, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022, at St. Antoine Residence in North Smithfield. Born in West Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Napolean A. and Eva M. (Meunier) Beaudin.
Madeleine attended Rivier College in Nashua, NH, and Bryant College in Smithfield. She went on to work as the Executive Secretary to the Dean of Engineering at Brown University. She was a communicant of St. Gregory the Great Church in Warwick and a member of the famed Peloquin Chorale at the Cathedral of Sts. Peter and Paul in Providence. She was also a member of the Brown Faculty Club and the St. Katherine Drexel Legacy Society.
She is survived by her beloved nephews and nieces, Robert B. Beaudin of Glen Burnie, MD, Richard B. Beaudin of Warren, RI, Joanne B. Olson of North Scituate, Linda Adelman of Johnstown, NY, and Kevin F. Beaudin of Coraopolis, PA, and several grandnephews and grandnieces.
She was the sister of the late Briand N. Beaudin, MD and the late Robert R. Beaudin, and aunt of the late Brian N. Beaudin.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 27, 2022, at 10:00AM at St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Rd, Warwick. Visitation will be held prior to the Mass from 8:00AM-9:00AM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Interment will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Warwick.
