Meghan Marie Richard of Warwick and Joshua Charles Nathanson of West Warwick were united in marriage January 5, 2013 by Justice of the Peace John DeCubellis at the Biltmore Hotel in Providence. A reception followed at the Biltmore, overlooking the snow-covered city.
The bride is the daughter of John and Patricia Richard. She graduated from Pilgrim High School in 2004 and also graduated from Rhode Island College. She works as an assistant manager of a retail store.
The groom is the son of George and Julie Nathanson. He graduated from Toll Gate High School in 2005 and is currently serving in Afghanistan as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army Infantry.
Sister of the bride Jaclyn Piccirillo was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were close friends Laura Armstrong and Jillian Dabrieo.
Jacob Mack served as the best man, and Keith Austin and Ted Kontos were the groomsmen.
When Sgt. Nathanson returns from his tour of duty, the couple will make their home on base in Fort Stewart, Ga.
