Notice of Availability for Draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment (EA) Project Modifications to South Cargo Facility Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport

Pursuant to Title 49, United States Code, § 47106(c)(1)(A), notice is hereby given that the Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC), in coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), intends to make intersection modifications for Evans Road at Airport Connector Road at Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport. Pursuant to FAA Order 1050.1F and its Desk Reference, a Draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment (EA) under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) has been prepared to disclose the potential economic, social, and environmental impacts of these proposed project modifications. The Supplemental Draft EA can be viewed and downloaded from the Airport’s Website at the following link: https://flyri.com/riac/improvement/. Copies of the Supplemental Draft EA will also be available to be reviewed at Warwick Public Library (600 Sandy Lane, Warwick, RI 02889) after May 12, 2024. Public comments on the Supplemental Draft EA may be submitted by mail to Ms. Taylor Koutropoulos, ENV SP (201 N. Illinois St. Suite 800 Indianapolis, IN 46204) or to tkoutropoulos@chasolutions.com. Comments must be received by close of business on May 28, 2024 to be considered in the Final EA.
