The premises described in the Mortgage Deed will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on October 9, 2015, on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in a Mortgage Deed by Aldo Tech Corporation dated May 28, 1999 and recorded in the Warwick land Evidence Records in Book 3164, Page 115, et seq. as assigned to Minma Enterprises, LLC recorded in Book 6671 at Page 105 the conditions of said Mortgage Deed having been broken.
TERMS OF SALE: A deposit of $5,000.00 in the form of a certified check or bank treasure’s check will be required to be delivered at or before the time the bid is offered.
