CITY OF WARWICK, RHODE ISLAND

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the City Hall Annex, (Sawtooth Building) Community Room located at 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI on Wednesday July 12, 2023, beginning at 6:00 P.M.   The purpose of the public hearing is to consider, and the Planning Board will vote on, a Major Land Development Project with zone change for Preliminary Plan approval.  The applicant has received City Council approval for a zone change from Gateway to Intermodal (O-22-15). The applicant is proposing to construct a 210-unit, multi-family residential development.
