For the fourth annual year, Black Wiing Productions and E_roctography present a concert to benefit Toys for Tots. The event will take place at JR’s Bourbon Street Rockhouse inside Mardi Gras Multi Club Sunday, Nov. 10 from 5 p.m. until midnight.
It will feature five local bands, including Pozer; Sunset Steel; Killshot; Along Came the Flood; and Therapy. Among the raffle items are hand-drawn posters of rock bands such as The Beatles, Rolling Stones and KISS, each of which have been crafted and signed by local artist Frank Galasso. Other items include a signed photo and DVD from former boxer Vinny Paz, three gift certificates to tattoo parlors, gift certificates to local restaurants, autographed drumheads, and more. Hamburgers and hot dogs, which were donated by Dave’s Market, will be for sale at $2 each. All proceeds will benefit Toys for Tots. Mardi Gras is located at 1500 Oaklawn Avenue in Cranston.
