It was stop and little go for Apponaug Village traffic yesterday as sections of Post Road undergoing excavation for the $30 million village circulator project were transformed into muddy lakes. Here, vehicles back up as they approach the West Shore Road underpass. According to meteorologists, the area experienced one to three inches of rain yesterday.
