ORDINANCE IN REGARDS TO ERECTING “ONE WAY” SIGNS ON PEQUOT AVENUE, HURON STREET, AND OVERTON STREET AT THE INTERSECTION OF SUBURBAN PARKWAY

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-6. – One way traffic. 

            Upon the following streets, or upon the following parcels of city-owned property, vehicular traffic shall move only in the following specific direction:

            [ . . .]

      Suburban Parkway. Vehicles shall move in a westerly direction from the intersections of Pequot Avenue, Huron Street and Overton Street.  

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
