AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF WARWICK COMPREHENSIVE PLAN 2013-2033, CHAPTER 12, ENTITLED “FUTURE LAND USE,” MAP 12.1 ENTITLED, “FUTURE LAND USE MAP” (FLUM)
GREAT POINT GROUP, LLC, APPLICANT
Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:
Section I: Chapter 12, Map 12.1 of the City of Warwick Comprehensive Plan 2013-2033, entitled “Future Land Use Map” (FLUM), is hereby amended by changing the intended use classification of Assessor’s Plat 278, Lot 144 from “Technology-Light Industry” to “Residential, High Density” to allow for the development of a seventy-five (75) unit, residential multi-family building.
Subject to the following conditions, waivers and stipulations:
Section II. The Clerk of the Planning Board is hereby authorized and directed to cause said changes to be made on the FLUM Map 12.1 within the City of Warwick Comprehensive Plan 2013-2033.
Section III. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
