Muriel D. Pierce, 86, of Warwick passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023. She was the loving wife of the late Frederick R. Pierce, Sr. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late George H. and Inez R. (Dillman) Sherring. Muriel was the beloved mother of Frederick R. Pierce, Jr. (Melissa), Gary P. Pierce and Donna L. Birmingham (Charles). She is predeceased by her siblings Harry Sherring, Athur “Buddy” Sherring, Ethel Barker, Lillian “Pat” Kosinski, Olga “Ollie” Carmody and Hilda “Bess” Brotherton. She is survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
