DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 8:52 p.m., June 24, Cranston Police Officers arrested Anthony Liberatore, 32, of 33 Fyffe Ave., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Liberatore was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

GUN CHARGE

At 1:35 a.m., June 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested Devin Silva, 23, of 40 Byron St., Cranston for License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol as a result of a traffic stop on Navaho Street. Silva was held for morning court, according to Cranston Police.

WILLFUL TRESPASS

At 3:45 p.m., June 24, Cranston Police Officers arrested Ahmed Maaroufi, 50, of 29 Duxbury St., Apt. 1R, Providence, for Willful Trespass. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Arlington Auto, 1211 Cranston St. Maaroufi was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released, according to Cranston Police.

DUI

At 7:56 p.m., June 24, Officers arrested Tracy Conti (54) of 161 Hillcrest North Drive, Cranston, for DUI of Liquor (0.15 or Greater). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street. Conti was awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace, according to Cranston Police.

PROTECTION ORDER VIOLATION

Around 8 p.m., June 23, Cranston Police Officers arrested Leonard Solitro, 32, of 47 Oak Tree Drive, Johnston, for one count of Domestic-Violation of a Protection Order. The arrest was the result of the subject turning himself in based upon an ongoing investigation. Solitro was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released, according to Cranston Police.

DRUG ARREST

At 2:25 a.m., June 23, Cranston Police Officers arrested Alesia Croyle, 40, of 181 Paradis Ave., Apt. 1, Woonsocket, for Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (first offense; less than 10 grams). According to police, Croyle was in possession of crack cocaine, and the arrest was the result of a traffic stop at the intersection of Cranston Street and Haven Avenue. Croyle was held as a violator for morning arraignment.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS CHANGE

Around 5 p.m., June 22, Cranston Police Officers arrested Alexander Almond, 45, of 30 Howard Ave., charging him with one count of Failure to change Address Sexual Offender. The arrest was a result of a warrant pickup at the Warwick Police Department. Almond was arraigned and transported to the ACI.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT

Around 5:53 p.m., June 22, Cranston Police Officers arrested Helena Relvinha, 57, of 127 North View Ave., Cranston, charging her with one count of Domestic Assault and one count of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 127 North View Ave. Relvinha was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

PROTECTION ORDER VIOLATION

At 1:33 p.m., June 22, Cranston Police Officers arrested Blake Alexandre, 31, of 157 Angell Ave., Cranston, for Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 157 Angell Ave., according to Cranston Police. Alexandre was to be arraigned as an alleged bail violator, according to Cranston Police.

DUI

At 1:32 p.m., June 22, Cranston Police Officers arrested Ahmed Maaroufi, 50, of 29 Duxbury St., Apt. 1R, Providence, for Driving Under the Influence (BAC unknown). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation at 515 Laurel Hill Ave. According to Cranston Police, Maaroufi  was released “to appear at RI Hospital due to medical condition.”

DOMESTIC ASSAULT

At 5:54 p.m., June 21, Cranston Police Officers arrested Susan J Marshall, 47, of 132 Mulberry Road, Apt. 2, Bristol, for one count of Domestic Assault and one count Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a disturbance that began in a motor vehicle on Cranston Street and ended in the lobby of police Headquarters. Marshall was presented as a (probation or bail) violator and transported to Women’s Intake at the ACI.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On June 21 (no time given), Cranston Police Officers arrested Oneil Cardames, 37, of 83 Rebecca St., Woonsocket, for one count of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a road rage incident that occurred on Atwood Avenue and officers subsequently locating the vehicle on Dyer Avenue. According to Cranston Police, Cardames was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On June 21 (no time given), Cranston Police Officers arrested Bryan Bohorquez, 26, of 83 Rebecca St., Woonsocket, for one count of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a road rage incident that occurred on Atwood Avenue and officers subsequently locating the vehicle on Dyer Avenue. Bohorquez was arraigned by Bail Commissioner and released, according to Cranston Police.

DRUG ARREST

Around 5:40 p.m., June 20, Cranston Police Officers arrested Joseph Cosca, 43, of 26 Prudence Ave., Providence, for Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic (Fentanyl) (first offense, under 10 grams) following a traffic stop on Ralls Drive. Cosca was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 7:26 p.m., June 20, Cranston Police Officers arrested Victor Riquiac, 42, of 37 Malvern Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, for Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned location. Arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 2:34 p.m., June 19, Cranston Police Officers arrested Abigail Schuyler, 19, of 123 Joe Sarle Road, Glocester, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at 100 Elena St., Apt. 306. Schuyler was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

DRUG ARREST

At 8:12 a.m., June 19, Cranston Police Officers arrested Christopher Hutchins, 36, of 1260 Cranston St., Cranston, for Possession of Schedule I/II (Fentanyl) less/10 grams and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1025 Cranston St., according to Cranston Police. Hutchins was waiting arraignment.

STOLEN VEHICLE

At 1:25 a.m., June 19, Cranston Police Officers arrested William Porreca, 48, of 14 Tremont St., North Providence, for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, an Affidavit Arrest Warrant from North Providence Police, and a 6th District Court Bench Warrant as a result of a Flock hit and subsequent traffic stop on Oaklawn Avenue. Porreca was held for morning arraignment.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 1:56 p.m., June 18, Cranston Police Officers arrested Alexander Delsicio, 25, of 947 Dyer Ave., Apt. 42, Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Vandalism, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Delsicio was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

BREAKING & ENTERING

At 3:18 p.m., June 18, Cranston Police Officers arrested Brenden Poore, 49, of 10 Julian St., Smithfield, for Breaking and Entering of a Dwelling House without Consent and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 174 Lawnacre Drive. Poore was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

SHOPLIFTING

At 7:07 p.m., June 18, Cranston Police Officers arrested James Spirito, 59, of 1214 Cranston St., Apt. 303, Cranston, for Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of an attempted pick up at the aforementioned address. Spirito was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 1:14 p.m., June 18, Cranston Police Officers arrested Arney Hepburn, 39, of 68 Pershing St., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault (third or greater offense), Domestic Disorderly Conduct, Domestic Refuse/Relinquish Telephone, and three additional arrest and affidavit warrants out of other jurisdictions. The arrest was the result of a pickup on a previously issued arrest and affidavit warrant out of Cranston. Hepburn was awaiting arraignment, according to Cranston Police.

WARRANT ARREST

Around 10:30 a.m., June 15, Johnston Police Patrolman Nicholas Defelice was on a fixed post at 1573 Plainfield St., when he spotted a black Nissan Altima pass by with “heavy window tint.”

He initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver (police did not release the driver’s name). After a background check, police found the driver’s license was suspended. Police cited the driver for Unlawful Install of Windshield and Window-Owner and Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License (first offense).

The driver was told to have someone with an active driver’s license come to the scene to drive the vehicle home. A woman police identified as Elizabeth L. Davis, 54, of 27 Zanfagna St., Johnston, arrived on the scene. Police checked her license, to ensure it was active, and learned she had an active warrant for a misdemeanor Shoplifting charge out of the Cranston Police Department.

Davis was taken into custody. Cranston Police responded to the scene and took custody of Davis without incident. Another driver drove the vehicle from the scene.
