Richard McMahon, 85, a retired Master Plumber passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Marilyn A. (Russo) McMahon for 62 years.
Born in Warwick, he was a son of the late William E. and Katherine M. (Sylvia) McMahon Sr. Richard worked for the Walter J. Maynard Plumbing and Heating for 30 years. He then went on to acquire his Master’s Plumbing and Heating license and worked for the Warwick School Department for 25 years before retiring.
Richard was the loving father of Debra M. McMahon, Paula J. McMahon, and the late Lori A. McMahon; loving grandfather of Steven R. McMahon (LeeAnn), and Michael E. McMahon; loving great-grandfather of Liam S. McMahon and Julian M. McMahon. He was the brother of Helen Palazzo, Claire McMahon, Jane Esposito, Alice O’Rourke, Kathleen Monahan, William McMahon Jr., and Raymond McMahon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews
