Robert E. Harlow, 69, a retired truck driver passed away Friday, August 14, 2020 at Kent Hospital in Warwick. He was the beloved husband of Joanne E. (Cartier) Harlow.
Born in West Warwick, he was a son of the late Milton E. and Gloria D. C. (Jones) Harlow. Robert served in the Rhode Island Army National guard. He was also a member of the William Shields American Legion Post #43 and The Oakland Beach Volunteer Fire Barn.
Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of life Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 4-7 p.m. with a Eulogy at 7 p.m. in the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick.
