Elaine Louise (Cicerone) Rodericks, 79, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence, RI. She was born on July 6, 1944, in Middletown, RI, to the late Fiorindo A. and Marjorie (Bywater) Cicerone.

Education played a pivotal role in Elaine's life, and she proudly earned her Bachelor's Degree, exemplifying her dedication to personal achievement. Her unwavering commitment and passion for the real estate industry led her to a fruitful career as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, where she tirelessly assisted families in turning their dreams of homeownership into reality for almost four decades.

Elaine lived a life filled with love, perseverance, and a strong commitment to her family.
She was a strong-willed and independent woman who was a beacon of love and support, always there with a listening ear and a comforting presence.

An avid gardener, Elaine found solace and joy in tending to her beautiful plants and flowers. She had a deep appreciation for travel, often embarking on new adventures with her sister, Beverly, who was not only her sibling but also her best friend. Elaine was passionate about culinary arts, where she fully embraced her Italian heritage through cooking delectable meals.

Her son, family and faith gave her all the provisions she needed in life. She grew to be a remarkable woman and her love will live on in her son Brian Rodericks of Warwick and his companion Michael DeCosta; her three nieces: Chris Serpa of Jupiter, FL, Debra Davis of Newport, RI and Melissa Paiva of Middletown, RI; and five grand-nieces and nephew: Sophia and Alicia Serpa of Jupiter, FL, Eric Clemmons of Fall River, MA and Brittany Paiva of Middletown, RI. She is predeceased by her sister Beverly Ann Baker.

Elaine will be remembered as a compassionate individual who touched the lives of many, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and resilience. She will forever be missed and lovingly remembered by her surviving relatives and dear friends.

Calling hours will take place at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 E. Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick on Friday, September 22, from 4-7 p.m. followed with a funeral service at 7 p.m. Burial will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery, Middletown, RI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or to Paws of Honor.
