The shelves in Operation Stand Down Rhode Island’s Veteran Food Pantry are a bit more bountiful, thanks to an employee food drive held by Home Loan Investment Bank (HLIB). On September 10, HLIB delivered a vanload of donated food to the OSDRI food pantry at 1010 Hartford Avenue in Johnston. “When we learned that supplies were running low in Operation Stand Down’s food pantry, Home Loan employees eagerly answered the call,” said Brian Murphy, chairman and CEO. “We are grateful for the service and dedication of our veterans and it is an honor to give back through service and support.” Seen here from left are HLIB employees Randy Sorrentino, Property Manager; Kevin Roche, Vice President, Residential Mortgage Origination; Christine Dikdan, Assistant Vice President, Auto Lending Services; Brian Murphy, Chairman and CEO: Eric Rose, Executive Vice President and COO; Mike Dikdan, Vice President, Auto Lending Services; and Jarred Burrell, Vice President, Commercial Lending. I would love to see more companies taking action like HLIB. One of the most gratifying things at my office is when we donate time, money, food, etc. It builds teamwork while assisting those in need. Good job HLIB!
