Apponaug Softball’s 18U Pride team celebrated the Fourth of July in unique fashion. The squad welcomed in a 21U team from Nova Scotia for a friendly game on the morning of the Fourth. Apponaug took the victory, but as the picture indicates, the game was more about camaraderie. The Canadian squad is on a tour of New England as it prepares for its national championships in August.
