Kathleen E. (Marcaccio) Soulliere, age 75, of Warwick, passed away Saturday, April 29th, 2023. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Alice (McNulty) Marcaccio.
A long-time resident of Warwick, she received her master’s degree in psychology and went onto a fulfilling and passionate career as a teacher for the city.
Kathleen’s favorite time was spent with her three grandchildren, taking them to Mystic for day trips and watching them play sports. She was naturally kind, often comforting anyone who needed it, and known as a second Mom to most. She enjoyed the holidays, family traditions and being by the water.
She is survived by her two children, Joshua Soulliere and his wife Krysta of Warwick, and Tamara Soulliere of Warwick; her live-long friend, Stephen K. Soulliere; and her three grandchildren, Stephen Soulliere, Jacob Soulliere, and Ava Blair; She was the cousin and best friend of the late Joanne Santos.
Her Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023, at 10:00AM in St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Rd, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited. In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor may be made to, the Alzheimer’s Association at: https://www.alz.org/?form=alz_donate.
