They’re back! Flower boxes once graced the face of City Hall, and with recently completed restoration of the bell tower and façade they’re back. Trish Reynolds, business development planner who coordinated work to the historic building, and Marge Ryan, city landscape designer, recently planted pansies in the copper boxes. The plantings will change later in the season said Reynolds, pictured at right.
