There were plenty of pumpkins and lots of adults and children as the Conimicut Pumpkin Spooktacular hosted by the Woodbury Union Church Presbyterian, Conimicut Village Association and the Riverview Association was held Saturday in the village center. Those with carved pumpkins delivered them to Donovan Park Saturday afternoon where they went on display that evening. In addition, key organizers Sue Hay and Delores Paul set up games in the nearby Friends Way parking lot where winner got to pick their prizes, spooky displays and arranged a scavenger hunt. Attendanc was better than ever leading organizers to speculate people were happy to have things return as close to normal as possible. (Warwick Beacon photos
