Notice is hereby given that a Public Information Meeting will be held, and a vote may be taken at the City of Warwick, Sawtooth Annex Community Room, 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI, on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, beginning at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the Public Informational Meeting is to consider, and the Planning Board may vote, on a Major Land Development Project for Master Plan Approval and a recommendation to the City Council for a Zone Change to PDR-L Overlay to allow for the development of ten-unit residential complex on a 1.87 acre parcel, in the A-15 Planned District Residential-Limited Overlay (PDR-L), with the following waivers:
• Less than required minimum side-yard setback
• Less than required separation between buildings
