There were 19 teams from the Warwick Fire Fighter Soccer Club at the Amherst NH Memorial Day Tournament. There were 8 teams U-10 and under who all put on a show, with several going undefeated. Five of the possible 11 U-11 and older teams made it to the playoffs four of the teams bringing home the championships. The champs include teams in the G19-U, B15-U, G15-U, and B12-U divisions.
The Super Liga statewide playoff championships in the U-19 age divisions were held recently. WFFSC had all of its three U-19 teams make it past the semifinals to play in the championship game. Unfortunately, the girls 19-U Carpenter team came up a bit short but the boys U-19 Wiggins team and the girls U-19 Byrd team both won the championships. Many of these players play locally at Pilgrim and Toll Gate.
