With uncanny predictability during heavy downpours, a section of Airport Road was transformed into a river yesterday. With more heavy rain in the forecast, it seems likely to happen again by the weekend. But the big unknown as of press time Wednesday was what Hurricane Joaquin might go by Sunday and Monday. Might it visit Rhode Island? With all the rain and wind, a crew from Capeway Roofing made certain St. Timothy Church would stay dry.
