The Warwick Junior Hockey Association held its 26th annual Thanksgiving Tournament and Mite Jamboree this past weekend, where 18 teams from around the northeast competed at Warwick’s Thayer and Warburton arenas.

There were three divisions – Squirts, Mites and PeeWees – and there was also a Mite jamboree.

The WJHA Waves won the Mite division A title, defeating Southern, Conn. 3-2. In the Squirt division, Canton, Mass. took home the trophy, knocking off Freeport, N.Y. 3-2.
