Trinity Repertory Company announces the casting of Warwick resident Olivia Jarbadan in this year’s production of “A Christmas Carol.”
Olivia, age 9, is a student at Community Preparatory School in Providence. She will play the role of Belinda Cratchit.
The 47th annual rendition of “A Christmas Carol” continues the long tradition of young local actors performing alongside Trinity Rep’s resident company and guest artists. Seen by nearly 2 million people since 1976, Trinity Rep’s “A Christmas Carol” is set apart from other holiday productions in that it is reimagined every year by a new director, cast, and designers.
“A Christmas Carol” will run November 9 — December 31, 2023” in the Chace Theater, one of Trinity’s two theaters. Tickets start at $25 and are available online at trinityrep.com/carol, by contacting the Ticket Office at (401) 351-4242, or in person at 201 Washington St., Providence, RI. The play is presented by Cardi’s Furniture & Mattresses, and Amica Insurance is the supporting sponsor for this production.
