Hello Chef-P-Lats again I would solve to be the next celebrity chef for Rhody Beat because I have a passion and love for cooking.
Calamari
1 lb calamari tubes and tentacles
Banana pepper rings and some juice for flavor
Balsamic glaze
1 cup flour
1 cup ground gramcrackers
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix flour and gramcracker together add salt and pepper
Coat the calamari with the flour mixture then deep fry till golden brown ( do not over cook as the calamari will be like eating a rubber band)
Place on paper towel after done frying salt after the come out of oil fry in small batches they should only take a few minits to fry each batch. When done add pepper rings and juice on top garnish with the balsamic glaze enjoy.
