GRAB A SHOVEL: Spotting there were shovels to spare at Tuesday’s ceremonial groundbreaking of the NorthPoint 489,000 square foot warehouse off Airport Road, Council President Steve McAllister points to Ward 1 Councilman Bill Foley to join the group.
