Six Warwick waterview or waterfront homes will hold open houses on Sunday, Sept. 15, from noon to 2 p.m.

Six realtors from different real estate firms are cooperatively holding an Open House at their respective listings in Warwick.

 “With so little inventory in general, and even fewer coastal homes, we made it easy for buyers looking in a given price range to see a few properties in a short span of time,” said David Splaine of RE/MAX Professionals.

The properties that will participate will be 7 Albert Wilson St., 40 Oak Grove St., Unit 1, 35 Cedar Bay Drive, 20 Lighthouse Lane, 148 Andrew Comstock Road, and 40 Paul Ave.

“Warwick has 39 miles of coastline and is where homebuyers will find the best value for waterview or waterfront properties anywhere in the State,” said Splaine. “Each of the homes in this joint marketing effort has something different to offer and shows how reasonable it can be to live near the water. And sometimes a person who has always wanted to live near the coast is hesitant to actually explore that possibility, so we are trying to make it easy for that buyer to come take a look.”
