Concerned by what Henri might deliver boat owners like Chris Ryan of Great Barrington, MA put on extra lines and fenders to his 30-foot Nonsuch Camelot that he keeps at Fairwinds Marina in Oakland Beach. As Ryan and other boat owners did what they could to secure their vessels, Mallory Lovett aka “the Beach Lady” soaked up the rays with the company of Rob Delfino. Lovett, who lives at the marina, wasn’t overly concerned by Henri. She saw little she could do, noting that Mother Nature “beats to her own drum.” (Warwick Beacon photos)
