David T. McCormick, 66, of Toledo Avenue, a retired union carpenter for Local 94, passed away November 14, 2011 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Virginia M. (Yaremchoak) McCormick.
He was a son of the late Joseph P. and Gladys (Bamford) McCormick. Mr. McCormick was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was the loving father of Virginia L. Marsella and her husband, Stephen, David T. McCormick Jr. and his wife, Lynn, George E. McCormick and Patrick J. McCormick; devoted grandfather of Patrick, Kaelyn, Riley and Dylan; and brother of Joseph and Timothy McCormick.
His funeral service will be held Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. in Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial with military honors will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours are Nov 17 from 4-8 p.m. For information and condolences visit www.thequinnfuneralhome.com.
