Joseph A. Prisco of Warwick retired recently after a historic career 50 years as a teacher and counselor in the Providence School Department (PSD). He is the longest tenured teacher in the PSD as he retires at the Del Sesto Middle School. “Mr. Prisco” taught English and Social Studies for 18 years before he became a counselor. His wife Sallie and daughters Jennifer and Christina are very proud of his accomplishments as an educator, husband and dad. He has been a resident of Warwick for over 50 years. Now that he is retired, Joe turns his attention from “schools of students” to “schools of fish”. Watch for Joe out on Greenwich Bay with his twin brother Charlie as they both enjoy their wonderful hobby. (Submitted photo)
