In recent times this location at 2247 West Shore Road was known as the Tullamore Tavern. NES Groups and NES Groups Architects added a tower to give the original building a new lighthouse look, gutted and revamped the interior and added drive lanes to transform it into the fifth branch of the Ocean State Credit Union. Mayor Frank Picozzi snipped the red ribbon to officially open the branch last week. With him were Michael Airhart, chair of the board of directors and chief operating officer Missy Giroux as well as branch manager Michael Freeman, branch employees, local officials and representatives of McLeod General Contractors.
