Men from Coventry and West Warwick have been indicted by the Kent County Grand Jury on sexual assault charges in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred late last year, according to the office of Attorney General Peter Kilmartin.

Two local men have been indicted by the Kent County Grand Jury on sexual assault charges in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred late last year, according to the office of Attorney General Peter Kilmartin.
David Hazard, 32, of 46 Fairview Ave. in Coventry, has been charged with one count each of first-degree and second-degree sexual assault. The alleged incident occurred in Warwick between Nov. 22 and Nov. 23, 2013, and was investigated by Warwick police. Hazard is being held without bail.
Thomas Falvey, 23, of 141 Prospect Hill Ave. in West Warwick, has been charged with one count of first-degree sexual assault. It is alleged that Falvey sexually assaulted a helpless person in West Warwick on or around Dec. 2, 2013. West Warwick police led the investigation.
Both men are scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on May 9.
