Having just celebrated her 105th birthday, Jean Retelle, recreation director at the Kent Regency Nursing and Rehabilitation, can attest Ione Doell enjoys her butterscotch pudding and sweet treats. Ione married her elementary school through high school sweetheart, Robert. They were the parents of a son, also named Robert. Her husband, now deceased, was a WWII veteran who worked in the jewelry business after the war. She was a stay at home mom. At different times they lived on Long Island, NY, Warwick, Wilton, CT and Florida. A party was held over the weekend at the Regency attended by some of her former Warwick neighbors, pictured here.
