It’s Rhode Island, so it’s not surprising if you’re meeting someone for a first time that within a few moments of conversation you discover you have mutual acquaintances or even a distant relative. Second Congressional District Democratic candidate Joy Fox, a Warwick resident running for the seat of her former boss, James Langevin who is not seeking reelection, could have spent the day meeting people at the Pilgrim Senior Center on Friday.
