Old Navy, a global apparel and accessories brand that makes current American essentials accessible to every family, is coming to Garden City Center this year, joining its Gap, Inc. sister stores, Athleta, Banana Republic, and Gap.
Old Navy, which originated in 1994 celebrates the democracy of style though on-trend, playfully optimistic, affordable and high quality products.
“The addition of Old Navy to Garden City Center brings fun, fashion and value apparel for the entire family while representing an increased commitment by Gap, Inc. to our vision of a lifestyle center that provides a variety of apparel, home and dining options that our shoppers are seeking in one location,¨ said Joe Koechel, general manager of Garden City Center.
The Old Navy location at Garden City Center is expected to open in late summer or early fall 2021 and will occupy 13,000 square feet that was formerly part of Cohoes which closed in 2020. Active negotiations are continuing for the remaining section of the building.
