PBN honors Beacon Mutual as ‘Best Place to Work for Large Employers’

DRESSED FOR THE OCCASION: Beacon Mutual Insurance Co. board members, administrators and employees accepted the First Place Winner of the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island by Providence Business News (PBN) in the Large Company category in recent ceremonies at the Crowne Plaza. For fun an as the employee safety and minimizing accidents is a priority to the company, those attending donned hat hats and crew vests.

Beacon Mutual Insurance Company (“Beacon”) has been named the First Place Winner of the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island by Providence Business News (PBN) in the Large Company category for the second consecutive year. The award was announced June 6 at PBN ceremonies at the Crowne Plaza.

In a release, Brian Spero, President and CEO of Beacon Mutual said, “Winning this award for the second year in a row is a remarkable honor. It speaks volumes about the commitment and passion of our entire team. At Beacon, we believe in creating a workplace where our employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. The PBN's Best Places to Work Awards program, in partnership with Best Companies Group, aims to recognize the finest employers in Rhode Island. The initiative underscores the significant impact of exceptional workplaces on the local economy, workforce, and business landscape.
